Very annoying piece of software on unlocked phones because it will fail security checks so the security update ready to install always fails. Then, Motorola Update Services reminds you every 24 hours, FOR LIFE. Disable by;Tether to your PC via USB in photo sharing mode (not file transferring mode), USB debugging enabled on the phone.
